Nestled alongside the Napa River in downtown Napa, the Napa River Inn is the only luxury hotel within the city limits. Originally constructed in 1886, the Napa River Inn served as several different businesses before being made into a beautiful boutique inn.
Reported haunts at the Napa River Inn include footsteps in the hallways and doors opening and closing without any human aid. Two different specters have been spotted in the inn, a young man and a woman in a white dress.

In the heart of San Francisco, The Queen Anne Hotel sits amongst other Victorians in Pacific Heights. Near Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, and the North Beach District, The Queen Anne is a perfect location for the tourist. But The Queen Anne Hotel still has its share of the old world. Opened in 1890 as a school for girls, the Queen Anne served many purposes before being reborn as a hotel in 1980.
